For your entertainment, there are 4 TV sets, in the living room, master bedroom, one guest bedroom and the lanai.
The south-facing pool area overlooking the canal with golf access invites you to sunbathe and relax. A gas barbecue is available for cozy barbecue evenings.
The harbor area of Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour can be reached in a few minutes by car and offer regular entertainment in the evening, as well as restaurants and a few stores for a stroll.

Brandnew Villa in SW Cape Coral.
We stayed 3 weeks in Villa Rossi, the house was new, we were the second guests.
Check-in was easy.
The house was very clean, everything is new, nicely decorated. It needed some more lamps but the owner has assured me that she has the shoppinglist ready.
The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, the master bathroom is huge with a beautifull rainshower and a big bathtub and a separate toilet.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The others are smaller but look great too.
The kitchen is very complete, everything you can wish for is there, big fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher…..
There is a separate pantry. Laundry with large washer and dryer.
The pool is very nice and the poolarea has a large table with a lot of chairs, and 4 loungers and a bbq.
Large garage for 2 cars.
The street is quiet, the canal at the poolside has some boats, but is quiet too.
There are lots of shops nearby, 2 Publix at 1 km.
Nice park for a walk is Rotary Park with a lookout tower.
Contact with the owner is great, very fast answers to questions and when we had an issue the handyman came within a few hours…..
In short, we had a great time in Villa Rossi and we can very much recommand it….
